Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Anywhere from 2-8 business days, depending on how close you are to WI. Our orders are usually shipped on the next business day.  Please refer to the following chart to see estimated delivery times.

Q: Can I pay extra for "rush" shipping?
A: Guaranteed 3-day through UPS is over $100, and overnight shipping gets up to about $200. If you would like to pay extra for these shipping services, please call to place your Original Video Rocker ™ order.

Q: Do you have a catalog that you can mail to me?
A: We do not have a catalog available because we are an internet company, and not a mail order one. All of our information is posted on our web page, and if you have specific questions about the Original Video Rocker ™, please e-mail those to info@videorocker.com.

Q: Can you send me some fabric swatches?
A: Sorry, but our fabric changes from time to time and we don't want to provide you with swatches from a color that is no longer available.
